This scissors is small 5 inches, lightweight, and easy to use. It only requires gentle pressure between fingers and thumb or fingers and palm on the grip area to close the scissor blade. The handle, which is made of a unique polymer that will not break, is wide for increased stability and automatically reopens the scissor after each cut. A blade guard is supplied for safety when the scissors are not in use. Ideal for young children just learning to cut. Can be used in the right or left hand.

What 6-pack?
The description indicated to me that this was a 6-pack of scissors (Now in a 6 pack, this scissors is small (5 inches), lightweight, and easy to use…..) I was purchasing these for a special education public preschool When the package arrived, there was only one pair of scissors. I would not have paid $12.95 plus tax and shipping for ONE Pair of Scissors. I am considering returning them, but I am not sure it is worth my time, effort and the cost of shipping.
