Effective, and my infant twins like it! It smells very sweet, but I’m not concerned about sugar intake when my kids are sick. This works quickly to bring their temps down, and they seemed less fussy as well. Teething is so hard!
Decent packaging with clear directions, and the dropper is easy to read and clean between uses.

This stuff does wonders for teething little ones. my youngest boy calms down within 5 minutes after a minor dose and it is my top choice to help his pains at night time. Simple fact it is DYE FREE and taste great helps ease my worries. Also helps young kids. The small dose is perfect and it comes with the proper syringe for dosages too. momy mom hack is take a bottle nipple and put the syringe in it so baby sucks on it as you inject. works like a charm. or for those who have ones that are afraid of medicine, put a marshmallow on the end of syringe. works everytime.

Works Quickly
It works quickly to bring fevers down and helps relieve my babies’ teething pain. It doesn’t seem to bother their tummies, so that’s a plus.

Works well for my son’s teething pain and for inflammation but not as well as Tylenol .
For kids that don’t like the taste of nasty meds but love the child proof cap.
Will probably end up using again this winter when we get to encounter cold and congestion !

medicine box damaged!!!!
This is the second time I’ve received a damaged medicine item in my walmart delivery. Who pulls these order????
Now, the damage to the box is very visible unless you’re blind, but even then it can be felt. Again, the reason for doi g a delivery order is to AVOID going into the store.
