The cold cap is a little tight but works great with migraines and nasal issues. I have 3 so i can have an extra if needed. I rarely need to use 3 in a length of time. I highly recommend.

I get a bad migraine about once every few months. not really enough for medical treatment but when they come they are debilitating and last for 3 or 4 days. I had the start of one yesterday and wore this over my eyes and ears. i had left it in the fridge NOT the freezer. it geta plenty cold without being uncomfortable. I love that it came with a storage bag. I was able to fall asleep in a house full of 5 kids and wake up with no pain or nausea. It definitely worked and significantly reduced my symptoms and the duration of my symptoms.

This one cap does all the weird things I’ve been doing to myself for years, but in one simple step. Sound dampening – check! Light blocking – check! Cranial pressure – check! And slightly warming – check!

A migraine cap is definitely useful and will get rid of migraines quickly for me. I feel as though this one has a bit of a flaw to it. I think there should be a way to adjust the size of the cap to fit your head better. Not everyone wants to put it over their eyes and ears too. Good product otherwise. Stays cold for a good amount of time.

I tried this out for the first time this morning when my head was hurting I have migraines I wish it would stay warmer longer but the price is okay and the pressure helps when you wear it
