Good product
Worked good for me. Does spray a strong stream when fully pressed. If you press down lightly you get a very manageable stream if you wanted to apply it to a Q tip or some gauze. Used it for ear piercing. I was able to spray a small amount directly on my earlobe and Q tip no problems.

I purchased this as aftercare for my piercings. It works well and does not sting when applied. The one I bought does not contain lidocaine, so you don’t get that weird numbing that happens with other brands. The spray is quite aggressive, so be careful until you get used to it.

Works great! First time my son at 6 years old got hit ears pierced and with cleaning it front and back every morning and night there has been not signs of infections. Was a little swollen on the second day but that’s common. Highly record again and will be getting another bother to carry around for our softball and his baseball games

This is the best wound wash I’ve ever purchased on the market!!!! Don’t gamble with any other brands as I made the mistake of doing before buying this brand, because this stuff is extremely sterile and sealed well more then any other brand I’ve bought in my opinion as my diabetic wounds healed much better and sooner after using this stuff!!!!!!!

bought this to clean my frehly pierced nose. i was worried at first cuz it comes out fast and with some pressure but after using it a couple times i realized you can control the stream by not pushing the button all the way down. worked great upside down as well. kept my piercing clean and and was a great product

Poor nozzle so solution gets wasted
I bought this to clean my piercings. I intended to just spray it onto my piercings and be done. But I can’t do that since the spraying nozzle works so poorly. All the nozzle does is give out big drips. So I now have to either get a cotton pad to apply the solution or spray the solution into the bottle cap and use a toothpick. And it also finished in two weeks from cleaning my piercings twice a day since so much unnecessary solution comes out.

This product does not last more than 1.5 uses. It emits a large stream of water rather than mist so it feels like a one-time use product. Not ideal for piercing aftercare, but maybe good for flushing out larger wounds in the field.
