If you suffer from sinus symptoms or allergies and have not done a nasal rinse, DO IT. It may seem strange or scary but I promise it is life changing. The amount of gunk that will suddenly come out of your nose that would not from blowing your nose, allergy meds, or anything else will absolutely astound you and you will experience some relief and be able to BREATHE.

Great Allergy Relief
I take Allergra and use this sinus rinse to ward off allergic rhinitis and vertigo;
really works when pollen and other allergens are high! Always use with
distilled water, which is cheap by the gallon. Faucet water can cause
infections.

Solution to an operation
My husband was scheduled for an operation for sinuses and this little salt and distilled or boiled water system solved his problem. He began using it morning and night and later used it once a day and finally a few times a week. Definitely worth the money and the time to eitherrr buy the distilled water or boil the water and cool and use.

Avoid Sinus Infections
This nasal rinse kit isn’t my first try. I’ve tried steam, vaporizers, neti pots… Being prone to sinus infections from severe allergies or even colds, this keeps them at bay. You can also buy replacement saline packets. Would highly recommend to people with sinus issues. Don’t know what I’d do without it.

Great for pregnancy and anytime
This is great to use during pregnancy when you’re not supposed to use things like decongestants. I have a deviated septum so when I use this bottle some of the water gets “stuck” up in my sinus cavity. I have found it helps if I use it before I shower so that when I lean forward in the shower the water that was stuck runs out of my nose and it’s not messy. Weird but it works.

Easier to use than expected
When I developed allergies, I tried lots of remedies but this is the one that works best. I was a little nervous about running water through my nasal passages but… This is a lot easier than I thought it would be. It really helps clear up the debris from allergies.

Natural Healing
I’ve been having massive headaches, but sinuses have been clear and I have no congestion. My neurologist ordered an MRI and it showed severe sinus disease with infections in the bones of both the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. I have to be very careful with antibiotics because they all cause more pressure in my brain so this is a great defense. It helps with hydration and flushing any bad bacteria out of my sinuses. I am optimistic that this will help healing without lots of medical intervention. This also helps with my allergies. I relied heavily on these while I was pregnant because my sinuses were just out of control with infections and allergic congestion.

Great alternative to medication
I am not one to use anything in my nose but my sister swears by it so I tied and was very pleased. I like that it comes with 60 individual packets to use. You must use distilled water. My sister microwaves her solution for 40 seconds l but microwave times vary. I will be using it again 3 times a day during allergy season.

Don’t care for it
I only used it once. The part that supposed to go in my nostril is too big, so makes it uncomfortable to use. It takes longer for the water to come out of the opposite nostril than I thought it would. And I didn’t notice my allergies being any better after use like others have stated. Maybe you have to use it more for that to be true.
