These ice packs are perfect for my needs!!
I have serious issues with my low back/ lumbar muscles…. I can’t use heat because they’re already inflamed . My best relief comes from lying on these ice packs!! When I freeze them flat, they fit right under my lumbar curve. They also fit nicely in my cooler for picnics %26 camping!!

absolutely not what I thought it would be. they are only six by six and hard as rocks. you must leave out for about an hour before they begin to melt and you can use them

Box full of puffy, heavy gel
Not at all like the picture! Theyre puffy, balloon like and they are 1 pound each. I thought I was getting 2, I got 30 or more! I cant even move the box. Great for the right customer that needs this!
