i was surprised to find that my order for 1 was changed to a two pack. Not really a problem but I can’t understand why you would not carry singles. I still like the scent so, win win.

My experience was not all the good , my fault.
I set an alarm but it didn’t go off. Was watching a movie and lost track of the time. Got lost bc id never been to the walmart in Dania. Thought i knew it was but that turned out to be a publix.arrived late for the pickup and was so flustered I couldn’t find the pickup. It was clear by the reaction of the walmart people i met they deal with this all the time. Now that ive had the experience i will know what to do and i will definitely order again.

Ordered this for my hubby! He picks out what he needs online, e-mails it to me (I am in the next room, usually!), I have Walmart Delivery set up on my computer, so I shoot his order to Walmart in my ‘cart” and the next week I order from Walmart (I order most every week!) he gets the items he needs.

“Shrinkage:” (PATOOEY!)
I’ve been using Old Spice Regular for years. The only thing that’s now different is the size, but the price has gone UP! I know there’;s inflation, but I would rather pay extra for the larger REGULAR size . This ‘shrinkage’ is SLEAZY, no matter WHO the manufacturer, supplier may be! If I can’t afford the larger size, I’ll make my OWN mind up as to getting a smaller unit!

There is always something missing…. for the last 2x things were missing … does not somebody check these orders … 2 weeks ago it was my coffee .. last week it was my oatmeal .. it’s always a hassle to find how to reply and then it takes 2 weeks to get money back

I have ordered on line on October 3rd, with Walmart and I had been advised of the delivery for October 10. It seems the package was shipped but to the wrong address. I have the UPS tracking %23 and I also have the picture of the drop off. I noticed in the process, that Casa Arte was the shipper. I have sent many e-mails and received many replies but still no reimbursment.
I was to get the reimbursment as approved but every time I reply to an e-mail it is not the sane person and the follow up is “I will investigate” and other replies, we will prepare credit.
We are October 27 and no final result.
