Need larger electrodes
This unit might be great however the electrodes with gel pads are extremely small. Other Omron units have bigger electrodes & I feel work better.

make sure you have the correct amount when you get the product. It was supposed to have 3 pairs. It only had 1 pair

Great unit but don’t stick for very long
I bought this 4 days ago and I’ve already had to change out the gel pads twice. I’m following all the instructions: clean skin, etc… but they just stop sticking after a day’s use. Very disappointing when compared to other Omron pads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Used the included 2 sets of gel pads quickly. Have ordered more and am surprised at the cost.

I ordered two boxes. These boxes should contain three pairs each. I should have received six pairs total. I got two pairs dropped in a bag. No instructions. No box. Just two loose pairs. I’m requesting a refund and warning others.

Good thought, poor execution!!!!
The Heat Pain Pro is a good product in concept, but the main problem is the gel pads.The pads do not stick after several uses despite cleaning your skin before use. The next major issue is replacing the gel pads. They do not remove very easy, you really have to put a lot of effort into removing them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Worse lve ever used
Most expensive worse product l have ever bought 0*. I will continue warning people of this until its stopped being sold!!!!
