Easy Writing
I love these pens. They are truly remarkable. They write very well. Glad across the paper. I love these pens. They are truly remarkable. The smooth texture as it glides across the paper with no smudges or smearing. I buy at least 2 packs every 2 months.

Pens with Color!
It has been a long time since I have had pens in assorted colors. Each color is different even though some look closely related. Paper Mate Profile Ballpoint Retractable Pens have a nice feel to them when writing with one. The pens in size look most pens but the Profile pen tapers in the middle. When writing with it, it comes with a comfortable grip. The pens color matches the ink, which of course. When I was looking at pens, I read that this pen was very good for signing checks. I need to take off a small plastic cap of each pen, unless it came off on its own, on the ballpoint. I is fairly easy to do. It came off when I was checking to see if the pen worked or I flicked it of with my finger. It isn’t too hard to do.
Great pens and I would buy them again.

No Smudge, Water Resistant, Nice Colors, Med-Bold
The ink did not smudge when writing, and that’s important for a leftie because there were no ink stains on the side of the hand. The ink stayed in place when it was made wet with water and rubbed with a finger (no running, no blurring). The writing tip is more like a medium-bold and is not super-thick. All the colors showed up well, but the orange is a bit pale. The dark blue is an attractive shade and will work for formal writing.

Colored Pens
I love using different colored pens, instead of the basic colors. These write well. I don’t like gel pens, so these are perfect. The orange ink, could be a little bit darker, it’s a little hard to see.

like a rainbow of colors, a variety of colors to write with to choose from. i use for writing notes/marking calendar. i like the boldness of ballpoint thats 1.0mm or 1.07mm something like that. better than the fine tip and thicker

Pretty color pens
I liked all the different colors. It was unexpected but I happily accept. Paper Mate is a great brand name and I expect they will last a long time and be good pens.

Great for taking notes
I like these pens and the variety of colors it comes in for the price. But I did not like there performance on my semi glossy calender. Perhaps I should have gotten a finer point pen. Otherwise it works great and I am still happy with them.

I like the pens the write nice and smooth and the ink colors are great, except the orange pen. The orange pen is too light, almost a yellow color and too hard to see. All the other colors are great.

Colorful
I bought the Paper Mate Profile Ballpoint Pen, Retractable, Bold 1.4 mm,
Assorted Ink and Barrel Colors, 8/Pack to use for my journal.
They have nice colors, but are a bit blobby. I would prefer fine line.
Otherwise they’re alright.

Sadly poor quality
I buy profile pens because I know the gel will flow nicely, the pen is comfortable to hold, and if I am careful, even when writing on shiny paper, the gel will dry without bleeding or smearing.
However, this pack with different colors sadly does not perform the way I expected. Also, the pens have mismatched levels of ink! So weird! Like two of the red pens had a 3/4 full ink, and the other was only 1/2 full.
The orange doesn’t flow properly, it acts like it is separated- some thickening in the tube that only allowed the thinner amounts to flow out.
I’m sad because I like writing with different colors. 🙁
