Greatest delivery ever!
Greatest delivery ever!! they delivered the paper according to the directions and brought the box of paper right to my back door. I cannot lift the box so I slid it into the house to just where I needed it. Thank you, Walmart plus for being very conscientious with delivery details.

Paper is paper is paper, but delivered? WOW!
It’s white paper you put in the printer. The price is as low as it gets for an entire case. I was hoping free beer or pizza would come with it…but Noooooo. Just a box of paper that I didn’t have to lug it from the store into my trunk, and then, when I got home, into the house. WalMart delivered the very next day for….(get this part because it’s pretty cool)…for FREE!

No lightening to type C plug end
This would’ve been great if it was what I thought it was. It did have some plugs to convert from one type to another. However, I needed one to convert from a lightning plug to a USB-C plug. The only USB-C plug there was was the same on both ends. Therefore, I’m returning it.

Critique
1. Check each customer order when the order arrives. I’ve gotten other peoples food.
2.If the Jefferson, WI store doesn’t sell alcohol, it shouldn’t accept it and charge for it.
3.Inability to stick to the promised delivery time.
4. The majority of drivers do not speak English. Makes communication difficult.
5. Vet drivers better. One driver stole my order.
6. Too many “out of stock” items.
7. Customer service- Talking to foreigners who read from a script ; practically useless. CSRs
should be in the US and speak middle-western English.
8. I like the Walmart program/ I don’t have the time to go to the store to shop.
9. I heard TV news that Walmart is pulling operations in the United States. What Happens to
this service then?

DELIVERY DATE CHANGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
I DO NOT want my order delivery day changed. This has happened TWICE and it is extremely inconvenient. When I have a delivery date, that is the date I want my order delivered, NOT BEFORE. this is a business and delivery outside business hours does not work for us. Pretty unhappy!

My order was for home delivery and I only received part of the order. No explanation given. I could not understand the person who called me to tell me my order was delivered. Poor English. I call ed customer service to find out what happen, because tracking the remainder of the orde was slated for pick up. I did not order for pick up.all items was for delivery. I canceled the remainder of the order. When I called about the other items the customer service person said there was a glitch in the system.

Destroyed in shipping
Box was taped and the corner was torn open. Every reem of paper was torn as well. Returning this would be very difficult as the box is destroyed and the paper inside is loose. Unbelievable that delivery of something that should be very well packaged is destroyed.

Home delivery was working great for me. Then, all of a sudden the delivery person couldn’t find my house. Can’t get in touch with not one person over the phone to inquire about the problem. This is crazy that I can’t contact not one live person from Walmart. So I now show other stores.
