I decided to review this product because school is coming up. Since my son is in the 5th grade I know that he will have to have a better to ring binder for all the different subjects he has. So this review came at a great time I highly recommend this product

Very Good Quality Binder
I have lots of patterns that I purchase online and print. I needed something that could hold them all in one place. Originally, a few days earlier I had purchased the 1-inch binder of the same brand at a local store and realized I had more patterns than I thought I did, so then I needed a 2-inch binder. I’m using the 1 inch for another project, but this 2-inch binder holds them all perfectly! Great price and it’s a good sturdy binder. Many Thanks!!

Great binder for virtual classes
This review is for the Pen + Gear 3-Ring Durable View Binder. This binder has been used for holding paperwork for my son while preparing for remote learning in the fall. It has been used daily, so I have been able to attest to how well it holds up and works for our family. I will provide some Pros and Cons for this product to give a better idea of its function and durability.
Pro: This 3-ring binder is definitely durable. I have had my share of 3-ring binders that seem to fall apart within a few days of use, but so far, this has shown substantial durability, at least for what I have used it for.
Pro: The 3 rings open and close smoothly (if that makes sense). When using most 3-ring binders, those rings tend to be “dangerous” in a sense because of how quickly and hard they close, but the rings on this binder seems to have a smoother transition. They also stay open until you shut them, with no worry to them accidentally shutting on their own.
Pro: The see-through window is perfect. I’m able to put my son’s info on a paper to slip in there, so I know which child the binder is for. It is clear and paper is easily readable.
Con: The see-through folder portion seems a little flimsy and the paper that’s placed in there seems to shift around. It’s not a huge deal, so it does not affect my rating, but definitely a mention that needed to be stated as an overall review.
After some good use, I would recommend this 3-ring binder opposed to others I have used in the past. After going over the multiple pros and the one con, is seems to be worth the money spent for a sturdy binder.

the rings are a little stiff to open, but its not a big deal…the binders are well made ( plastic is not as rubbery as the expensive ones, but for the price they are very nice and will last a long time). they have the clear cover over white so you can do a cover insert and/or spine insert. the have a clear pouch inside the cover for quick holds… I’m going to buy these in the future instead of the expensive kind!

Partially Damaged by packing at factory, BOX OK
6 binders in the box, three o which had their top covers bent. Must have happened in packing, as the package had no damage at all.
Not a product defect, more like a manual or automated box packing issue where the machine bent the covers right down the middle, top to bottom.

very disappointed
I ordered three 2-in binders and I got two 2-in binders and one 1½-in binder. I tried to call the phone number for the home delivery and all it did is ring and ring. nobody answered my call or anything. so I couldn’t even address my problem. I usually don’t have a problem with Walmart but this was very poor service.
