It works!! I’ve been suffering with absolutely awful night sweats. I’d wake up and my sheets were soaked. I didn’t expect these to even start working for months. I’m on day 4 and the past two nights I had zero night sweats. I take one about two hours before bed. Can’t believe how well it’s working and so fast.

Real helped for hot flashes and night sweats
I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I am 47yo and have been using it for a bit over a week and it has already helped decrease how often I have hot flashes and night sweats, AND allso their intensity. I used to wake up drenched in sweat but that hasn’t happened recently while taking this supplement. I also like that there is no after taste, which sometimes happens when taking herbal supplements. I had read about the benefits of Rhubarb Extract but hadn’t found a supplement that combines it with sage + creatine + • Black Cohosh. I will continue to take this supplement for sure!

Calm Before The Storm
I have used this product for a week and while I find the capsules a bit large, they were easy to swallow and caused no choking hazards. I have been pleased with less night sweats, and a calmer demeanor upon rising in the morning.
