When I first started needing incontinence pads more than 12 years ago, I tried Poise and hated them, because they were thick and bulky. I settled on Always pads and was happy with them, less present %26 discreet. However, over this past year, Always has not worked adequately for me, no matter how high the “drop” (coverage) number I use. My incontinence pattern has changed over the years, but/and Im convinced that Always pads are smaller, thinner, and less absorbent. Went back to Poise, especially after reading a review by a geriatric professional who ONLY named Poise as best, never even mentioning Always. Ive been very happy with my decision to return to Poise.

These poise pads are amazing, I don’t these poise pads are amazing, I don’t have to worry about anything when I wear one daily or at night. I am 60 years old and I tried using the normal sanitary pads and they definitely did not work. Try them you won’t be sorry.

I switched
I switched to Poise when my cheaper pads were sold out. Cheaper pad was narrow and sometimes with spillage. These Poise pads are long, as well, but wide enough to offer coverage in that most important area, and with a depth to contain the worst ‘accident’. What I will be buying going forward.

Great Product
Very absorbent and I like the extra long length as you have more coverage. My only negative thought is not about the product but the way Walmart delivered the item. It was not put in a bag or box – it was a little embarrassing to have it delivered so everyone could see what the item was.

I have used this brand for many years. I’ve tried less expensive products but always return to the best.That is an honest opinion. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT: Poise is an item most ladies would prefer to purchase discreetly so WHY put in a HOT PINK package??? Isn’t there a more discreet packaging color.

The product itself deserves a 4 or maybe even a 5, but the terrible packaging (both the indiscreet almost neon “LOOK WHAT I’M BUYING” main package and the screaming pink user-unfriendly wrapping of the individual pads inside) merits a 1. Redesign your packaging inside and out, and I might go back to using this product.

Shouldn’t Have Changed the Design
They changed the design and the pad no longer seems to be able to actually much liquid nor does the liquid disperse into the pad, instead pooling right all in the center of the pad causing leaking that was not this kind of problem before.

Walmart site is unreliable
first off i recieved “POISE ULTRA ABSORBENT LONG 7💧” not 6 whatever it said..i thoughts going up a “💧” n getting “ultimate absorbent” it be better but clearly not..I’ve ordered multiple times this product n Walmart can’t seem to get it right. so very disappointed.(for someone who can’t go out pick them on their own %26 relying on delivery for these types of things. WALMART is a big enough chain that shouldn’t have these issues . (pic%231 is 💧7 pic%232 is 6💧whats left of it) do better Walmart

The pads are just fine. You don’t make them, only deliver. It’s the delivery I don’t like. Things like this are very personal and should be at least covered in paper, if not a box. While I’m sure I’m not alone, I still don’t need all my neighbors to see that I need them. Not happy with that at all.

They’ve ruined these pads
I wear these pads because I have heavy periods. I’ve taken to wearing them everyday just as a precaution but they’ve started sucking over the last few months. I work so the bottom of the pad wants to bunch up because I’m constantly moving around. Goodness knows I couldn’t imagine using these pads for urinary incontinence considering how they do me.
I just can’t see buying them anymore with how they do and the price of them. Sad thing is I found some of these pads stashed in the back of a bathroom cabinet that are a few years old and those pads are made better than the ones in 2024.
