Product was fune. However I ordered the item through the website but the option to say I’m here when I arrived to pick up items didn’t work. I had to call the phone number posted at the parking space to let them know I arrived.

Walmart just, made a mistake in the size I wanted with all these Poise pads . They sent a smaller size but kept them anyway.I wanted number 7 of Poise, but . They delivered Poise number 6 and they were not good a good enough fit.

I have used this product for several years but I bought them from CVS, the same regular length and ultimate absorbence but in count of 33 pack. The only difference is I buy the 53 count from Walmart. However, I don’t know the difference, but these pads no longer hold up as good. They get bunched up and the padding seems to weaken and separate. I really don’t understand the quality issue since I only changed the count size.

Too long, but not absorbent enough.
These do not work very well vs other brands. I know Poise is a top brand for UI, but it doesn’t absorb as much as it should. The length of these types of pads is ridiculously long. It seems these companies add on extra length and claim ultimate absorbency vs just making it more absorbent regardless of pad length. With that said, I can’t recommend this brand. Always works far better and isn’t as costly. Even equate brands work better than Poise.

They are longer and wider then I expected but give good leak protection.

WRONG SIZE SENT
The day after I received my last shipment I wrote a letter of complaint stating THE WRONG LENGTH WAS SENT! I mentioned that I ordered the REGULAR LENGTH. I also mentioned that my husband and I are disabled, I am 86 years of age, and someone needs to bring the correct order and pickup the wrong order. We never were able to have any children and it has been difficult getting rides to my husband’s doctors and lab tests. Plus, within a five month period he has been in the hospital three times due to a stroke, erratic heart beats, and just recently he got home a week ago this Tuesday from being in the hospital being treated for SEPSIS! I need my supplies. I need someone to pickup the incorrect order and bring the correct order. Aside from the wrong shipment, I have been using Poise for several years. I tried one other brand ONCE and it was a DISASTER! I tossed out the whole package just after one use because it didn’t protect at all from leakage, etc. Poise is the only brand I will ever use.

Was not very happy about how I got it they put it in the mailbox. And they said they couldn’t drive down the driveway because they had a sports car now I’ve had this done a lot and never had that problem yet. I am handicapped and there’s no way I can get up there and get it so hopefully next time they will bring it down where they said they’re supposed to thank you

order regular size , given Long size
i order the regular size poise pads and am sent the “long” pads which are at least 4-5 inches
longer that can be used. Unfortunately the did not state long one outside had to open package to check size, so can not return. Can you train your staff to know the difference
