I bought a special on 2 pkgs. from Walmart. They were the old version, before the improved ones arrived. They are better than the new ones. The new ones loose their shape in the crotch. The leak from this is positive with every use. I would go back to the old ones, if possible. They don’t seem as absorbable.

I appreciate the wide back and the long length of these overnight pads. They are comfortable. The size is large and a little bulky. Wear a long blouse or a loose dress to make sure any bulge isn’t noticed. That’s the price for peace of mind now that I gave up my car and use public bus and trolley to go on errands.

Coverage without bulkiness
Although I’m a long user of the brand, this is the first time I have tried this size, and I am loving it. Because of the length and size of these pads, I get full coverage.; yet they are not big and bulky. They’re comfortable even when I’m wearing my jeans.

Leaks if worn too long😢
These pads really help to absorb moisture. I put two together after I alter the top pad so the liquid is absorbed on the top pad and any additional liquid flows down to the second pad. It does leak generally out the sides if I don’t change the pads soon enough.

Better than other options.
While shortened like all other pads in the last few years, it’s as good as anyone can get. The kength is crucial gor my health snd size, but i have no other choice on that part. poise is at keast good quality and reliable for coverage and comfort. I’m grateful for when my UHC OTC Card will cover them.
It would helpful too if they didn’t come bunched up on the end, causing tape to stick awkwardly and tearing pad to state of uselessness.

Problem with how delivered unwrapped out in the op
I have a problem in which these pads and the other set were delivered they were left on front porch not in a wrapping or a box I was very embarrassed by this.
One of my neighbors called normally they r in a box or wrapped in plastic afraid to order again

They are not think enough and they leak in the sides. I have been using this product for 37 years and it is getting worse .

The Poise pad WAS a good product but newer technology has surpassed it. It may still be good for bladder “leaks” but it does not address overnight incontinence.
Newer pads have a urine flowthru capability and come in many different sizes: lengths, widths, and thicknesses. When you affix the Poise pad to the inside top of your pullup or brief, it does absorb some extra urine. However it then allows overflow onto its sides which then goes to the edges of the pullup, and then over the edges, resulting in wet, irritated skin and that is very uncomfortable!
Advanced manufacturers of the flow thru pads sell through personal medical care websites – so far not thru the Walmart app.

Disappointed in the quality
My mother has purchase poise products for years. The last packages she received were not the same quality!. Not as absorbent, and the inner padding fell apart even when not wet!
