Break seal on tube by puncturing it with the opposite end of the cap. Screw the open end of the applicator onto the tube. 2) Gently squeeze the tube, pushing product into the open barrel of the applicator. DO NOT roll up the tube. The applicator contains the recommended amount when the plunger stops (approx. 1 1/2 inches). 3) Unscrew the applicator from the tube. Replace cap. 4) While sitting, standing, or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Holding the applicator in place with thumb and middle finger, press the plunger until it stops. Withdraw the applicator. 5) Immediately after use, pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel and wash both parts of the applicator in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The applicator should be completely dry before reassembly. To reassemble, gently push the plunger back into the barrel as far as it will go.

Easy to Use and Effective
Easy to use and it helps alot. I bought another product from a different site
that was like an egg I had to insert, it made me sick on the stomach and was messy. After speaking with my GYN she recommended this brand and I’m glad she did. I have no side affects and it works well for me. The fact that it comes individually wrapped in disposible inserts, make it clean, fast, and easy.

I started using this 2 months ago, and it has worked absolute wonders for me when I am with my significant other, however I never got the discharge until I used the 8th tube in the box and then I had this white clumpy discharge.
I am hoping this goes away soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LIKE THAT THE GEL IS LIGHT BUT STILL IS A MOISTURIZER, IT IS JUST ENOUGH. I FOUND THAT THE APPLICATOR HOLDS MORE THAN I NEED, SO I SQEEZE OUT WHAT I NEEDED AND PUT THE APPLICATOR IN A ZIP LOCK BAG FOR THE NEXT TIME.

Effective, but applicator design needs improvement
This works well, overall, with adding moisture, but the applicator is very UNpleasant, and needs improvement. The applicator is made of HARD PLASTIC, and in addition, the insertion end has hard edges, when in fact, the applicator tip should be ROUNDED, instead. I don’t know many women who would find the insertion of a HARD PLASTIC tube that has HARD EDGES to be pleasant, and in particular, when the women using such a product are likely already experiencing DRYNESS. How clueless could the designers of this product be? Was this designed by men??

Expiration dates
I would have rated this a 5 star. I use these all the time and love them. The reason for a 3 star is because of the box. The first box came in tampered with and threw that out. The 2nd box came with a not so good expiration date. The box I had already started using was for next year August of 26. This box came with a date of August of 25 this year. I would not personally order them from Walmart as to me they don’t look at the expiration dates and eyes are too important to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replenish works as good as any other lubricant. I prefer lubricant in a bottle versus an applicator. I did not have use the full applicator and had no way to secure the rest. Had to throw away unused.
