As a mom, there’s nothing worse than seeing your child sick—especially when they’re coughing nonstop and can’t sleep. Recently, my 8-year-old came down with a nasty cold that left him with a sore throat and a persistent cough. We tried a few things, but nothing seemed to soothe him—until we gave Ricola Honey Herb Cough Drops a try.
I was a little hesitant at first because I always check ingredients and try to avoid anything too strong or artificial. But Ricola’s drops are made with natural herbs and real honey, which gave me peace of mind. The honey really helps coat the throat, and the herbs seem to calm that tickly feeling that keeps kids up at night.
What really sold me? He actually liked the taste. He called them “his magic honey candies,” and while I had to remind him not to overdo it, I was just so relieved to find something he didn’t fight me on. Within minutes, his coughing slowed down, and for the first time in two nights—he slept soundly. And so did I.
As a mom, I highly recommend keeping a bag of these on hand during cold season. They’re gentle, effective, and kid-approved.

When I have a cold or a cough I usually end up buying the menthol cough drops because I like how it numbs up everything and still freshens my breath. I will say my husband has been under the weather and he bought some of these ricolas and omg I love them. They are are smooth and literally taste like you are sucking on a peice of honey! Still helps with sore throats and coughs just not as minting strong

My new favorite flavor
I can’t remember if I’ve ever grabbed these ones. I’m sure I’ve had it before as I’ve been eating these since I was a kid from my grandma & this is still the brand I buy for myself today. I usually grab the cherry or regular square herb ones. I saw these at the store & love honey, so decided to try this bag this time. Omg it’s so good. They’re perfect. & always the perfect soothing effect that’s needed from cough drops.

A cold essential
I usually use this to clear my nasals when they’re clogged from a cold. The liquid center with honey while tasty is very effective and smooth. An absolute fav!

The Honey Herb Ricola drops are some of the best on the market. These definitely reduce throat irritation and coughing, and maintain a decent taste (for a cough drop). I like the these have herbs as well because they soothe while also providing some medicinal properties.

Ricola honey herb throat drops is very popular in my home. me and my son both have seasonal Asthma and these come very handy all year long. I wouldn’t improve anything with this product. Its very affordable and i would recommend to keep you some handy.

I try to stay with the more natural throat lozenges, and Ricola honey are one of my favorite go tos. They don’t have that overpowering medicine taste, and actually help soothe my throat. They’re inexpensive, and taste pretty good too. I recommend Ricola to anyone looking for a more natural alternative

I ordered 4 of these and got 4 bags. The description says that it is a 12 pack, so I should have received 48 bags (packs). I messaged the company and never got a response. I’ll stick with Amazon, even though they can take longer.
