Buy this if you hate blood or worrying about running out of tampons or pads
Don’t put it too far up or you have to do a lot of squats to be able to reach with your fingers. This material is really hard so it felt like squeezing a hard ball. If it was like the disc it would be easier to remove. The bigger size was easier to find since the pink one kept getting lost. Thank goodness I only had to worry about changing it every 12 hrs!

Awesome for sports
I needed something to use during my triathlons. The Saalt cup was perfect. Hassle free, comfortable incognito and allowed me to race without any worries.

Happy with good enough
The quality and colors are great. The keep is good too.
The small size is a bit too small for me but I use it only when I’m spotting heavily. I’m usually a heavy bleeder so would have been nice to have a bigger cup. The larger one in this pack is not large enough for me.
Also, it’s hard to pull the cup out from the stem and wish they had small nubs or balls for more traction. Instead- I have to really put my hand up there and squeeze the bottom of the cup to suction it out.
Overall- good quality but has its downsides for me.

A learning curve
I wanted to try the cup and the small fit well but my flow was too heavy and the large cup quite uncomfortable. Since it is my first time with the cup there is a learning curve and removing it was cleaner than a disc but also difficult.

The cups came in very adorable packaging that utilized all the space. The cup stems were as soft as advertised, I was worried about that. As well as the bags that hold the cups were very soft; the bags reminded me of soft pillow cases.

Never going back
I bought this because I’m doing a 65 day walking pilgrimage where I won’t have access to a bathroom whenever I need to change a tampon, and pads don’t work when you’re walking 10-15 miles in 100+ degree weather. The menstrual cup is amazing. I never want to go back to other products. It’s highly functional – gets you through a 10-15 mile day with nonstop events on either end of the walking.

Not for me
The items themselves were good quality but not compatible with my body. I utilized the satisfaction guarantee and Saalt sent me a disc to try so I’m hopeful that will work out. Will try on my next period!

Worth it!
I love the cup, definitely worth the switch. I’m super heavy so I only use the regular size, I tried using the small but my flow is way to heavy and it was full within 9 hours. The only down side is it constantly feels like you have a full tampon in. Other than that I LOVE!

Feels like I need to pee
I desperately want to love this, but it’s so uncomfortable and I feel like I need to pee and get cramps the whole time I’m wearing it. I’ve re-inserted it multiple times over several days, watched videos, read forums and can’t get it to be comfortable. I’ve only tried the smaller one so far

Difficult to use and unhelpful customer service
I never could get either cup size to work for me – I tried for years. I reached out to customer service, and they were very unhelpful.
I spent nearly $50 on two cups based on their quiz suggestion. I’m not spending more money on a 3rd cup.
