Despite the description saying there would be one roll of tape included, there was not. We likely would have purchased differently, have we had known.

Where’s the tape?
Tape dispenser did NOT come with tape. Refills come in packs of 4 or more. I just picked up a regular transparent tape. Defeats the purpose. I don’t have time to return stuff (or shop for that matter) so I order everything online. Was really hyped about this item.

Too lightweight to be convenient
It’s a tape dispenser that does what it says. My biggest problem with it is that it’s just too light – why is that a problem, you might wonder? Because when you pull a piece of tape and then try to cut it, you need to hold the dispenser to prevent it from sliding or flopping around, sort of defeating the purpose of a dispenser in the first place.

Average Tape Dispenser
I consistently have trouble ripping the tape, but it’s hard to tell if it’s a dispenser problem or a tape problem. My guess is a little of both. Shape is nice but a little more weight on it would help, too.

Medium weight tape dispenser
I was looking for a heavy weight, tape dispenser, one that you could dispense the tape with one hand. This is not heavy weight enough to do that.

Too light weight to work well
The price was great which is why I bought it. It is far too light weight to sit still while pulling off tape. That is the whole point of a dispenser like this, to use it hands free.

Incomplete or misleading
Not only In the picture apears rhe dispenser with a tape, but also in the Product Details says: Includes 1 dispenser in black and 1 roll of tape. I only received the dispenser, there wasnt any tape.
