The planner is a good size which gives plenty of space to jot down your thoughts and ideas. The planner seems pretty durable!

Useful planner to track your fitness journey!

It’s also great that the months and dates aren’t filled in so you can just use it as you need. I like that the weekly pages have spots for tracking weight, sleep, and water intake. It’s been useful in keeping track of my fitness journey and I’ll keep on using it to stay more disciplined. There’s also a generous section of pages for notes in the back of the planner. Overall a very useful planner so far for anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle!

There are also monthly habit and weight trackers to track wellness with mood, water, weight and sleep logs. Weekly and monthly fillable calendars and note pages for any other notes needed for a comprehensive journaling experience.

Very convenient wellness tracker!

The weekly pages have daily spots for recording weight, sleep, activity, etc. You can record your goal weight and help keep you on track. It also has sections for notes, contacts, and passwords. This is the size of a normal notebook, is spiral bound, and is easy to carry with you or place on a desktop for complete organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for anyone who wants to track their fitness journey! It fits easily in my gym bag, as it is slightly bigger than the size of a regular notebook. This planner has it all! Contacts, emergency contacts, 2025-2028 calendars, notes, habit tracking, and so much more. I can log my workout for each day. I can also write in the month, day, and year on each spot. This is convenient as it allows me to track what days I want. I’m not obligated to track every day. I can track my sleep schedule, workout times, and it even has a line to jot down what i am grateful for that day. I would give this product 5 stars but it gets 4 from me due to a concerning info log option in the back. It gives the user a couple of pages to keep track/write down login and password information. THIS IS A HUGE NO NO. DO NOT EVER WRITE DOWN LOGIN/PASSWORD INFORMATION. THIS IS DANGEROUS AS ANYONE COULD STEAL THE PLANNER AND USE THIS INFORMATION MALICIOUSLY.
