Softsoap is the best
I have always loved Softsoap. I am allergic to many things that have a scent. Usually refill the smaller containers, but they are beginning to look terrible, so needed a replacement. Like the new shape.

Does lather alot and works good!
This is the hand soap i like to use because it is antibacterial soap. i did buy three and they last a long time. the habd soap does work good and lathers alot.

It’s okay but feels more like water than soap
It works fine but feels too watery. I’m not sure if it dilutes the efficiency of the product or not. I use it but would not set it out for house guests.

Don’t recommend
New scent is horrible. It also leaves your hands, feeling sticky, dry and oily for some reason. The pump also took a while to open I thought it was defective

Bad new fragrance
I have been buying this aquarium soap solely for the wonderful scent since 2004. Sometimes I try new ones but always go back to this because I love the smell. I am so disappointed you changed this. It smells horrible. I just had to buy a generic version just because it smelled more like the original. I’m so sad about this change, please bring this back! I will not buy this new stuff.

Need a manager at customer pick up
I scheduled a customer pick up on 11/01/2024. I arrived and checked in. The loaders were running around joking talking to people driving by walking around back of the building. Nothing was getting brought out 1.5 HOURS!!! later I leave come back to the office and cancel the order. I tried to call the store nobody would pick up the phone. You need a manager to run customer pick up that actually manages what is happening. This was for our monthly office order over $200 each visit I will now go to another store. It was so poorly managed that day.

Great soap, poor shipping
I love this soap, but had it shipped. It was shipped with three 16lb bags of dog food. The box was famaged and taped back up. The soap of course was squished and all of the bags of dog food.

Not a good brand of hand soap. It’s not forming a bubbles and it will cause you to use a lot of it to get the bubbles
