these work so well for menstrual and lower back!
i have had bad cramps since i was 12 years old, i discovered these a few years ago and they work great. after having 2 kids my cramps aren’t bad anymore but i still use these when they’re annoying and for back pain! they work better for lower back pain than the ones made for it because these stick, the back ones are like a belt and I’m curvy so it just folds and slides up, these stay put!
they also really helped manage miscarriage pain in case anyone is going through that 🙁

The Heat Wrap That Saved My Semester
I don’t know what kind of magical sorcery Thermacare uses, but these heat wraps are the MVPs of my period survival kit. My cramps went from “I think I’m dying” to “I can actually function like a human being” within minutes. I wore one all day at college, and not a single person knew I had a portable heater strapped to my abdomen like a secret superhero tool.
It stayed warm, cozy, and didn’t budge even during my epic sprint across campus to avoid being late (again). The only downside? There’s not enough in the pack! Come on, Thermacare—if I’m going to pay this much, at least let me stock up for the apocalypse!
But honestly, worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to turn their “curl-up-in-bed” days into “I-got-this” days.

Makes a huge difference!
These are my go to every month ! They really do stay hot for 8 hours and allow me to get a better rest at night and go about my day to day routine . The only downside is that I wish more packets came in a box and they are also sometimes hard to find because they work so well they often will sell out quickly .

The great thing about these is the adhesive sticks to the clothes not the skin. You can position them anywhere. Better than drugs!

These work great, but I will say if you’re using these for period cramps I’ve found the back version of this product gets warmer and holds its heat better. This product is still good if you’re looking for a mild warmth.

A bit expensive but better than off brands
A little expensive for the amount you get but still an effective item to have on hand. They stay warm for quite a long time and are easily removable without hurting your skin or fabric. While theyre a bit pricier than the off brand, they’re made for that area so theyre the perfect size and eadily concealed. I like to wait for coupons.
