Purpose Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer Manufacturer J & J Active Ingredients Each 5 mL: Acetaminophen 160 mg Directions This product does not contain directions or complete warnings for adult use. Do not give more than directed (see overdose warning). Shake well before using. mL = milliliter. Find right dose on chart. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Push air out of syringe. Firmly push syringe into bottle opening. Turn bottle upside down and pull syringe to the correct dose. Dispense liquid slowly into child’s mouth, toward inner cheek. Repeat dose every 4 hours while symptoms last. Do not give more than 5 times in 24 hours. Replace cap tightly to maintain child resistance. Dosing chart: Under 24 lb, under 2 years: ask a doctor.* 24-35 lb, 2-3 years: 5 mL.* Attention: use only enclosed syringe specifically designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Store between 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). *Or as directed by a doctor. Inactive Ingredients Anhydrous Citric Acid; Butylparaben; D&C Red #33; FD&C Blue #1; Flavors; Glycerin; High Fructose Corn Syrup; Microcrystalline Cellulose and Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium; Propylene Glycol; Purified Water; Sodium Benzoate; Sorbitol Solution; Sucralose; Xanthan Gum Uses Temporarily: reduces fever. Relieves minor aches and pains due to: the common cold, flu, headache, sore throat, toothache. Ibuprofen, alcohol and aspirin free. Warnings Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if your child takes: more than 5 doses in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount; with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Sore throat warning: if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do not use: with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist; if your child is allergic to acetaminophen or any of the inactive ingredients in this product. Ask a doctor before use if your child has liver disease. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if your child is taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. When using this product do not exceed recommended dose (see overdose warning). Stop use and ask a doctor if: pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; new symptoms occur; redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Always on hand in my house
My littles seemed to like the grape flavor over the others. It works well, doesn’t take too long to kick in. The bottle caps have the little safety cap which aren’t too bad opening as an adult but keeps the littles out to be safe. I feel like the cost isn’t too terrible.

I have used The several times in the past to treat fevers for my kids. It comes in cherry and grape flavor and they don’t give me too much trouble taking it because it taste like candy to them. It helps them get rest from aches and pains so you can rest peacefully too. It has a convenient dropper for easy dose management.

• Smell: Almost neutral, with a light sweet scent. That’s a plus since kids often refuse medicine with a strong odor.
• Taste: Quite pleasant, not bitter, and my child takes it without resistance.
• Effectiveness: Works fairly quickly to reduce fever and relieve pain. Improvement is noticeable within 20-30 minutes.

Works well
I have a 2 years old son that is teething and if you are a mom you know what’s that like, so in order for me to help him get through the pain all that comes with it I sometimes give him this at night to help him rest as much as he can and so far it has worked very well for us. He hasn’t had any type of reaction to it, it taste good, packaging very user friendly and it’s not expensive.

Works great
Would use this for my niece and she would take the medicine real quick with the flavor as well. I like how they have a syringe which makes it easy for babies to take. After taking it she’d feel better and wasn’t fussy after several minutes worked well and it’s affordable.

Tylenol review
I like this medicine, it’s not my favorite but it’s good, my baby likes it and takes it without problems, as for effectiveness it’s a 7/10, I really like the packaging because you can travel and there are no problems with it spilling, it comes well sealed, it’s inexpensive and you can get it in many supermarkets and pharmacies.

Toxic additives-not helpful, but harmful
Why on earth are there so many good reviews?
Why on earth is it necessary to put high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, artificial flavors in INFANT Tylenol, not to mention all the other ages. NONE of those additives is good for anyone, let alone an infant.
How do you get away with this?
