Wonderful
I bought this as a jigsaw puzzle board because the ‘real’ puzzle boards were too expensive for me. It is working out really nice especially because of the rim that keeps pieces from falling off. The best part is that when I want to reach a different spot on the puzzle, I just pick up this wonderfully lightweight board and turn it so that the spot is near me. [FYI, I did not attach the marker tray]

Very good dry erase board
Perfect. I had to return a different board I’d ordered last week, bc the surface was not smooth and the marker did not erase fully. Very frustrating. I’m very fussy about dry erase boards. This one is a far superior product! Smooth surface, smoothly erasable, and as an added bonus it’s magnetic and comes with magnets! It’s also a perfect size – roomy enough to hold what it needs to, not so big it takes up the room.

I converted this into a large calendar/message board for my family using expo wet erase markers. It works amazing!

I don’t like the irregularities in the surface level, seems bubbled up in spots. It doesn’t interfere in the intended performance, purely an aesthetic flaw. Otherwise, I do love the newer hook design, it makes the white board easily removable from the wall if the space is needed for something else or you just want it clear for entertaining.

Performs perfectly as a whiteboard, removed 1 star for minor aesthetic flaw.

Online order confusion
this whole order was a mess. I ordered online along with several other items. Some were picked up at the store while others were shipped. I received separate charges for some items that I was not able to find in my orders section. This caused a lot of work for my accounting team as there was not actual order to match to the charges. After numerous calls and online chats, it was finally explained to me that the charges were broken up and billed separately. Very very confusing,
total waste of time.

White part was rippled. Made terribly.
If I could give it no stars I would. This item was bent all up when i received it. Now I have to go through a return process. the white part of the board was rippled. Was not a store issue its the manufacturer.
