Go with this flow.
Absorbancy is highly effective with this product. However if struggles with length I would not recommend. I researched items description and felt these were shorter than measured. The upside is the charcoal reducing unwanted scents. Downside is length made mire for minimal to light flows.

I bought several different varieties of feminine care products for my daughter when that time came for her. Hands down over everything U by Kotex is the only brand she will use and I highly recommend trying these if you have not.

Someone recommended these for my granddaughter. They work well for her no overflowing.
No plastic cover like Always pads , so no allergic reaction to them.

The Kotex brand has so many options from teens to near menopause lol! Literally, though they’re the first use cotton instead of some type of plastic. Safer, cleaner and sizes options

Perfect for My Teenaged Daughter
Out of all the pads we have tried for her, these are one of her 2 favorites (the other is these same things but in the “teen” size).
She says they are far more comfortable and breathable than any other pads she has used/tried.
And they are still just as absorbent if not more.

The only pads my teens will use
Extremely absorbent, and the charcoal helps keep smells at bay. we have tried different brands that don’t hold on heavy days and often make noise when they move around. There is nothing more embarrassing to a teenage girl than having everyone know they are on their period just by the sound the pads make when they walk or the bulkyness of them. These never disappoint

Not long enough
I got these because I really like the Kotex brand of the overnight pads and how long the pads are. I got these to try, hoping the length was just a little bit shorter than the overnight. Unfortunately, it is a pretty standard size and not comparable at all to the overnight length. I find myself needing to use two at once to cover the space I need. While the pads are comfortable and absorb well, it tends to stick to underwear making it difficult to change. It leaves sticky residue on my underwear and pieces of the pad. I bought two of these boxes hoping to last a couple months, but needing to double it every time defeats that purpose.
