The Westcott Aura battery powered pencil sharpener is a good product to use if you need an easy to use sharpener. I dug out 15 broken colored pencils and tested the sharpener. I did it with one hand, it sharpened them in about 5 seconds per pencil, sharpened to a sharp point and emptying the shavings is easy with a button on the front that pops open the holder so you can dump them. I’m very happy with this product. It also looks fine on my desk
