i use this product all the time. it keeps me from having to take to many acetaminophen… i mean it cut my intake in half!!! i only use a pea size squze on my ginger. it goes a very long ways… I cant begin to express to you the pain relief that i get… i use it on my legs, knees, upper arms and my lower back… it works wonderful!!

I really like this stuff they used to sell it in stores too bad they don’t sell it in store anymore. Doesn’t make any sense to me, but whatever I guess I gotta order it online every time.

A Great Pain Reliever
The cooling gel is familiar to the bengay cooling gel they used to sell. It relieves my pain and lasts for hours. I will buy this again, please don’t discontinue this, it really works for arthritic pain.

I have used this product for 10 years for back, neck, knee and shoulder injuries! I am no longer working as an RN, BSN and have seen and used many ITC products, this product surpasses “ Biofreeze” by far!

As is the norm, this gel is good for a temporary fixes for muscle aches and pains. It is a good solution. For a temporary problem.
