To take a measurement, simply press “START” and aim the blue tracking light at the center of the forehead. Move the unit closer to the forehead until the light stops blinking (around 2″). When the blue light becomes steady, it is within range and measurement will automatically start. A long beep will sound when the measurement is complete.
