This product is my go too savior. I have so many upset stomach due to have no gallbladder. The taste is okay and it’s not harsh to drink. It works fast which is the best. It’s affordable and it can be found in your local pharmacy.

Don’t prefer the tablets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time with the dissolving tablets. I feel like I can’t ever get it dissolved all the way and then I’m left with chalky water. I can’t handle the way it feels in my mouth. I mean it works, it gets the job done, but it isn’t worth setting off my gag reflex.

Watch out, misleading “original” blue boxes
Don’t trust the labels without reading the box description!! I LOVE the original heartburn relief tablets. You can’t find them any more. All of the products you purchase in the stores or online are actually the old blue box but they say “Original Flavor”. That is the pain relief, not heartburn. Very disappointed in a company and product that I have used for 50 years! It seems sneaky and is definitely misleading for consumers and sellers.
When you go to the stores in the antacid aisle is a ton of the blue original boxes. But they are all pain relief.
Even on this supposed company site they have their own pain relief product listed under heartburn relief.
Look up there and read the box.
The only heartburn relief in the old original fizzy tablets is the extra strength.

Bring Back Alka Seltzer GOLD
NOT as good as Alka Seltzer GOLD. Please bring back Alka Seltzer Gold with potassium bicarbonate in it. This is no replacement for that product.
