Listen, I sleep like a chaotic goblin—flipping, rolling, possibly doing a mid-sleep backflip. These Always Ultra Thin Overnight Pads? They held their ground like a medieval fortress, unshaken by the chaos.
Size 5 absorbency? Oh, you mean the vault-level security system for nighttime leaks. These pads absorbed everything like they were collecting infinity stones, and let’s just say Thanos never stood a chance.
The wings? Oh, you mean seatbelts for your dignity. They lock things down so securely that even my most questionable sleep positions couldn’t betray me.

these are “always” my go to for my flow every month! my cycle is super heavy and usually every to weeks thanks to the good ole meno-pause… all i can say is always pads…. always has my back to stop me from bleeding through to my clothes! Thank you always pads for being my hero! *mwah*

I love the ultra thin overnight with wings. They fit perfectly in my clothes and I don’t have to worry about them being seen or any leaks. I often pair them with a tampon because lady’s you know you know. Always have a backup plan if you have heavy to normal flow. Now let’s work on having these tax free!

Perfect for Post Partums Moms
These are perfect for new mom who just had a baby. They are long enough to not let you leak in the front or the back. They aren’t super bulky to where they make stitches hurt or aren’t able to fit tucks pad on them, too. They are still very absorbent even though they are slim. Definitely recommend for that season of life or for nighttime use on periods.

NEWER OPTION, PLZ
Always needs to make a pad/liner with thickness that is between these and the overnight (Middle ground). Especially, for women who are going through menopause. These thin ones may be too thin SOME days. Yet, the overnights are too THICK to use also. There needs to be a NEWER option, please!! It’s 2025.

Wrong size there was a reason that I ordered the overnight and I was given a thing this is unacceptable either could’ve canceled the order for that one because she couldn’t find it or not just pick up the first Sandy Pay maybe it was a man and don’t understand when you need overnight you need overnight so I am not happy with this

I asked for overnight pads not ultra thin for a reason. If you don’t have this product than take it off of your available items list instead of forcing me to pay for something that doesn’t work for me so I can get it from somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened.

Not worth it
I hate these newer pads. They don’t soak up much and leave everything just sitting against your body until you use the bathroom. It is true I don’t have accidents but that might be bc I have to change them more frequently. I stopped ordering this style but for whatever reason the shoppers keep putting this one in my order and you’re left with what you’ve got. I don’t trust them overnight and while the adhesive is fine and sticks well sometimes it’s hard to pull off without making a mess. I hate these pads a lot. So now I go in a store to pick out the normal kind or order other styles via shipping to get what is actually useful. Idk who tested these for the company but they obviously don’t have horribly heavy periods.

This must be a joke. Or perhaps I received the wrong product with the right covering wrap on the plastic. When I opened it up, the patch aren’t a sliver thin and I was wondering how this could be an overnight pad when it didn’t look like it could contain anything. I was absolutely right. I soak through the first one in less than an hour. I doubled it up to at a time before I went to bed and in the morning woke up to a mess. I tried wearing three at a time and that was good for about two hours. I don’t know what happened to her, but I’m not interested in ever risking this again. I’ll order poise overnights which are expensive for a reason. But it’s worth it. It’s all about value.

Extra Heavy Overnight…LIE!
Did they really advertise these pads as Extra Heavy Overnight? It’s a complete lie and a bloody mess…literally. If you have a heavy flow don’t use these pads. You’re better off getting the Always size 5 maxi pads or use a tampon along with these pads. These pads caused me to leak from the middle, back, and front of the pad and even broke when pulling them off my underwear. And if you’re wondering, YES, I change my pads frequently so that’s not the reason. The support is just not there when on a heavy flow. I know as females, we tend to shy away from thick pads because we don’t want anyone to see them through our clothes but I would rather wear a thick pad that protects than to compromise and be in jeopardy of people seeing blood instead. Thank God that all of my “leakage” was done indoors but I would definitely not recommend buying these if you bleed heavy…definitely not for sleeping in. I had to double up because they leaked so bad. These are a shame. Maybe good for light flow, but surely not for heavy overnight flow. Always…DO BETTER!
