suppresses pain quickly n long term
i buy this and other qualifying products using my health insurance allowance. saves me a bit of money. just add insurance info in the the wallet section. the product is non-greasy, fragrance is acceptable, and supresses arthtitus pain quickly and long enough so i can sleep. i’ll keep buying it.

It seems to be the only external medication that works for me. Don’t like internal medication. It may not last as long as taking pills but with all the crap we eat and pills not good for the body I will use cream.

This is the best of every over the counter product you can buy.For multiple pains I use it for nerve damage in legs, Ribs that have been fractured ETC. I recommend highly.

very helpful for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I get injections every 3 months, but painful and don’t last. this iss helpful in the meantime, nothing will cure it 😣

This is very helpful for arthritis and other minor aches and pains. For me this dulls it right away. It can be sticky but you just have to let it dry thoroughly. Doesn’t stain clothing that i’ve noticed.

Longer lasting pain relief than patches
What I thought was tendinitis turned out to be Osteoarthritis of my left shoulder. Which is such a pain. (pun was not intended, but after reading it, now it is) I had surgery for Osteoarthritis of the right shoulder 12 years ago, now the left decided to join its twin shoulder. Nothing has helped for pain relief for more than an hour. I’ve stopped with the patches that get caught on clothes. Applying the cream is easy and not any more messy than any other lotion or cream, so ease of use is neutral. But the pain relief last me for hours.

Works fairly well but not for rotator cuff pain
I’ve tried other products in the past for muscle aches but this time really needed something for rotator cuff injury. Trusted the name brand and gave it a try. Can’t say I’d recommend it for much more than general muscle aches. The “relief” is only slight at best. I wanted something that would help with sleeping painlessly. Well, it lessens the pain for about 20 minutes and that was that. Again, maybe for little aches and pains this will help.

short term pain relief
this isn’t a thick cream like in the tubes but there’s a decent amount in the container. I chose this because there was a cash back offer making it cheaper than the off brand. It does what it is supposed to but does Not last long, reapplying is necessary and I don’t have time for that.

Depends On How You Respond to Lidocaine
Ordered to help significant other with shoulder / arm pain (pinched nerve). Product did not work as well as we expected. given that it contains Lidocaine. He responded much better to Menthol patches.
It is easy to use, not really greasy or messy, and it is odor-free. High marks for all that. Also, not everyone reacts to certain ingredients the same, so this could be the perfect product for someone out there!

It never did anything to help my hands. There must not have any lidocaine in it. It was like rubning lotion on my hands. Too bad I can get my money back.
