Helps with hot flashes and easy to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking these daily tablets for a few weeks now and I can already tell my hot flashes aren’t hitting quite as hard and heavy as they were because Ugh, hot flashes are the worst lol. I also like knowing I’m getting some Vitamin D for bone support. The pills are small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate. So far, so good.

Added vit d always needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this has added vitamin d since mine is low. I’ve only been taking it a few days but so far no complaints. Small and easy to take with just a little bit of water. I would recommend trying this.

I did notice a small difference with hot flashes, but still haven’t noticed a difference in night sweats. Hopefully with a little more time night sweats will get better. I love that it has vitamin D for bone health.

I didn’t have as many hot flashes during the day, but during the night is still bad. But I guess that’s why it says “Reduces” and not eliminaties.
