This neck warmer is so warm and great quality. At first it arrived ripped but I got a replacement which was so easy. It doesn’t burn at all and is great when your muscles are sore.

I just love this! Nothing helps me other than heat, and it is so relaxing. I definitely recommend this to anyone needing relief from pain or tightness. Two minutes in the microwave and the cover is so easy to slip back on after microwaving. The cover is machine washable! <3

Feels GOOD!!!
Having been in a previous car wreck, my neck was injured badly and I’m still experiencing some minor pain. Really do NOT want to take habit forming opiates and other drugs bc of a family member experience and this pillow offers a great alternative to ease my minor pain in my neck where I don’t have to. While I will take what meds I need, I just think drugs are dispensed too freely these days and those who really need them can’t get them. So I do what I can to help myself by finding an alternative. If you follow the INSTRUCTIONS clearly written on the box and labels then you will find this is a good product. If you don’t and you just stick it in the microwave for a few min and then take it out well you should learn how to read and probably won’t ever use it again. I live this thing! It gets to the specific spot my heat pad can’t really reach bc it’s flat. My only regret is not getting 2 so I could alternate between them when Im using 1 the other could be heating up. It’s fabulous! My only complaint is the tags they say not to cut off. Yeah right. If you don’t then they’re right in your face poking you. IMO they could have been put in the cover which is removable (love that). Overall it’s a good product and I’m getting another as mentioned lol

Glorious instant relief for neck area!
Neck pillow is easily heated in the microwave oven to provide instant relief for aching neck and upper shoulder area. It is compliant to the area and will stay in place. It would also be a good stress reliever for those who tend to “tense” up in the neck area. Gives off a comforting subtle aroma. Very pleasing.

Didn’t love the smell, but that’s just me. Like how I can microwave it to my desired heat, and it’s the only product I’ve foudn that gives me some relief from neck tension/tension headaches
