Best Brand both in Quality and Price!
This brand is the BEST brand of Incontinence Underwear available in my opinion. I have used Depends and Kroger brands and they are much inferior to Assurance. I have experienced leaks with other underwear but not Assurance. It is also cheaper than Depends which is a bonus! If you need Incontinence underwear, definitely head to Walmart for Assurance!

Depends briefs
These incontinence briefs were not as bulky as many others but they did not leak. I liked the fact that they were blush colored rather than white. The only issue I had with them was the fact that they were cut higher on the leg which I didn’t find as comfortable.

Leak Proof is a Joke!!
Ya know, if Huggies can come up with a “leak proof “ diaper for babies, you would think that ONE of these Adult Incontinence Underwear companies could do the same! I have yet to find one!!! And one that doesn’t fall off under a dress or nightgown!!!

Bulky between the legs.
I like these underwear because they’re snug around the abdomen and legs but I find for me it’s quite bulky between my legs. I’m a thin person but I find especially when I’m moving around in bed the padding bunches up bad between my legs. The other thing is the elasticated part around the abdomen I find has a slight itch to it. I don’t have much choice because I need to buy some type of underwear like these because let’s just say perimenopause is not being nice to me, lol. I can have extremely heavy flow at times so tampons and pads just won’t be sufficient plus I don’t feel secure to go out anywhere so wearing these incontinence underwear enables me to feel a bit more comfortable to go out.

Bulky, huge, uncomfortable
I gave them a 3 star rating only because they were absorbent. I got these for a hospital stay and recuperation at home in case I couldn’t make it to the bathroom quickly enough. The pad part is huge and bulky and there’s no way they can be worn under regular pants. Once pulled up, they must be adjusted to fit your body. It’s a lot of work! They pull up way higher than the photo shows. Leg openings were twice what I needed. I wear an XXL in clothing and bought an XL in these. After laying in bed in these for a while, the bunched up elastic that they’re made of tends to become uncomfortable on your skin and itches. Will not buy again.

The product does not live up to its promise of no leaks. It does leak. I continue to use it because I find. In spite of the misleading ads, it is the best available. Because of the leak problem, several changes are required during a 12 hour period making the product very expensive. Help for female incontinence has a long way to go. I hope that science will discover soon an aid to this dibilitating problem.

Leaks Around Legs
These incontinence underwear leak, and get wet around the legs. They are good hold small amounts of urine. I used them for after a foot surgery while nonweight bearing in case I couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time to urinate. At times I couldnt make it and the urine leaked and ran down my legs.

Order not Received still waiting for it!
What I dislike is that I Order 2 more after this order and still have not got them and it has a month. Now I would like to still get the 2nd two I Ordered by the 3rd of July I Order so I don’t have to go out to the store and be made to ring my self up and not work for Walmart.
