A Miracle for Dry Hands
This soap smells so good and does not dry out my skin like other liquid hand soaps do; it’s more expensive than others, but is definitely worth it—dry, chapped hands are the worst! I highly recommend you give this Dial a try, especially if you live in a climate with cold winters that are tough on hands! Also, this soap is not overly fragranced and leaves my hands feeling fresh and soft. Awesome!

1 of few hand soaps that won’t irritate my skin
This is one of the few hand soaps that doesn’t irritate my skin or cause my hands to break out. The skin on my hands is very sensitive, and many hand soaps cause my hands to react. They also get incredibly dry and cracked in the winter. I buy this soap in bulk. I somewhat prefer the Eco-packaging since it is less cumbersome but it seems they don’t have it anymore. It can be somewhat hard to find which is why I order online but as long as I can get it somehow, I don’t mind!

I really like the fragrance it has, it’s not too strong. My only complaint really is that I wish it would lather a little better other than that I really like it.

Too watery but smells fine
Smells good and seems to lather and clean hands well. My only complaint is that it’s too liquid and watery. It used to be much thicker. Please bring back the old formula.

The smell is great but I do feel this refill bottle is more watery than other brands. Debating on purchasing again as I feel I am going through this way faster since it is more thin.

IT’S AS THIN AS WATER – IT SHOOTS OUT OF DISPENSER
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’VE USED THE OTHER BRAND FOR YEARS AND ON IMPULSE DECIDED TO TRY DIAL. EVERY TIME I PUMP THE BOTTLE IT SQUIRTS OUT IN A LONG STREAM AND IS SO THIN I CAN’T GET IT TO LATHER UP. I’VE TRIED FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AND TONIGHT WAS IT. I POURED IT OUT AND PUT MY SPARE SOFTSOAP IN THE DISPENSER INSTEAD. IT IS PERFECT IT ISN’T AS THIN AS WATER AND LATHERS UP JUST FINE. FRUSTATED NO MORE…

This was basically water with a little soap. It was runny, very low scent, zero lather. I usually purchase this in small individual bottles and never had this problem.

Poor Quality
Soap is very watery unlike the other dial hand soap and it doesn’t smell fresh. Seems like something was mixed in with it. Hands has a tingling feeling after one wash. Will be returning this.
