Excellent those times when you just have sore gums
This is the first time I’ve used this Orajel that actually has antiseptic in it and if you are a person who has anything that might affect your gums. Me personally I have fibromyalgia which actually causes pain where there is no physical Dental issue. First time I used this it took the pain away as well as shrinking the swelling of the gum from the antiseptic. I was very nicely surprised because I know there are people who no matter what you do to keep your teeth healthy there’s just other medical problems that can cause issues. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

as someone who has a lot of mouth pain, save your money and get this instead of orajel! this is stronger and lasts way longer! the taste could be better but it’s bearable

This stuff got me through several months of needing root canals and having extreme difficulty finding someone to do them. It works almost instantly and then keeps working for quite a while, long enough to go to sleep or get work done.

my husband has terrible teeth. been telling him to get them all ripped out for years. he’ll go to the dentist once or twice and not go back again until hes in horrible pain. again. so he’s tried pretty much everything for tooth pain over the years. he used this and it immediately relieved the pain. so if your teeth are killing you, eaking you up at night, cant even eat ot hirts so bad. buy this. youll be so happy you did.

Equate Toothache %26 Gum Relief works quickly to numb pain and soothe irritation. A little goes a long way, and within minutes, I feel relief from tooth or gum discomfort. It’s a great temporary fix until I can see a dentist. The taste is strong, but that’s expected with these types of products. Overall, a lifesaver when dealing with sudden tooth pain!

The peppermint taste is too strong. More of a stringy texture that takes some work to blend/smooth along and inside oral skin/tissue and tooth structures. Seems to amplify pain a couple mins before taking desired effect. Only lasts about 3 hours if used alone; 4hrs if used in tandem with liquid version.

i liked that it worked instantly which if you have a toothache thats what you need instant relief. it seems to work faster and better as a gel then as the cream in the same treatment. id definitely buy again. it wasnt messy and is convenient to carry with you

Cheaper isn’t better.
I had a toothache and I bought this and product. It would relieve the pain for about 15 to 20 minutes before needing it again. I thought that was the only relief I could get with over the counter. Until my daughter bought me the real Oragel for a couple dollars more and that did the job! Going cheaper isn’t better when it comes to comfort.
