there is no self adhesive you need to use some tape which is ok these are the best absorption and thin sleek doesn’t get caught up and snag with the movement of your close. I have a chronic wound these are the best I’ve seen out there and I’ve been leaking for years.

Good Value and Comfortable
I used these for my husband’s injury. They were easy to use, and he said they were very comfortable.
I am happy Walmart offered these quality pads at a good price. These are equal (to possibly a little better) than the name brand pads we were using prior.

Got these for my packed wound and I love how non stick they are to the packing strips and how absorbing it is. It’s a must for wound care!

You can cut this product to fit the wound. Make it a bit bigger than the actual wound size and put either a bandage or a piece of gauze over it to keep it clean.

Best absorption available
Best absorption than any of the other gauze products. Unfortunately the size I needed was sold out. Having tried different ones, I went back and bought the only size available. Had to use more and spend more, but no regrets

Very thin and hardly absorbent
These wound dressings are very thin and not what I was expecting. I purchased some from a different retailer and they were at least 3 times thicker. This is for minimal wound use and not very substantial at all. I purchased these because of the price, but actually not the best buy for me.

These are supposed to be super absorbent, but they are not that absorbent in my opinion there’s not enough cause or whatever in the middle to absorb very much. I always have leakage when I use these. However, they do help a little.

Fancy dressing
I was very disappointed with product. I was expecting a “real wound dressing”, not another gauze pad. Non-adhesive dressing 😖, used skin tape to secure, my wound got stuck to dressing, and now I have to go buy another type of dressing with adhesive.
