Just like physical therapy at home- Love it
This is very similar to what I use in physical therapy office. It gets cold enough in the freezer but is still pliable and I don’t even have to use a towel in between my shirt and the compress. Another thing I love is it doesn’t smell like others I have had in the past. I have used it for shoulder, neck, back and even head when I have a migraine

It is perfect for neck or shoulder aches and even headaches! The soft side is nice against your skin. I’ve used it multiple times since I’ve gotten it. It stays cold longer than you would think, plenty if you follow the directions for how long to keep applied before removing.

Doesn’t stay cool or warm for but about 8-10 minutes if you’re lucky!
