I have bone-on-bone knee pain and osteoarthritis. I can’t take aspirin because of other issues, but my orthopedic surgeon recommended two-extra strength acetaminophen every eight hour, every day. His nurse recommended the Excedrin Tension Headache Relief because they contain caffeine. Best I’ve found. I recommend this to anybody with chronic pain.

I get tension headache that make me want to scream. I have tried laying down but that only makes it worse. I have taken Excedrin in the past with great results but had never seen it for tension headaches. I gave it a try and was impressed. It takes about an hour to kick in but when it does .. no more pain. Do take note that it has caffeine. I didn’t the first time I took it and was awake most of the night but at least I didn’t have a headache. 🙂

This is the best pain relief medicine I have found without being a prescription.
The caffeine combined with the acetaminophen eases pain quickly. This is also made without the addition of asprin which is difficult to find. For me, this is the best because I cannot have NSAIDs such as asprin in my pain relievers.

these work very fast for a migraine and is Aspirin free.. because I’m allergic to aspirin.. everyone that asked me for something for migraines or even a headache I give them these and they come back be like these work real good they took my headache away fast yeah I know these are the best to get that’s what I say to them.

this is my saving grace. with a head injury and sleeping habits, my headaches cone on while i sleep. i take this with and in 15 minutes my headache is gone. LOVE IT! take it with coffee and the geadache us gone quicker!

I get tension headaches that are an awful consistent pain, sometimes throbbing, and cervicogenic migraines sometimes when I wake up which are the worst. These work beautifully. I will say have something on your stomach before you take them bc I’ve gotten sick just from a mixture of the pain and only have meds and water in my belly.

Works Just As Good As Excedrine Migraine
After having enough of stomach upsets from NSAIDS, I decided to try the Tension Headache for my migraines and this works just as well, without all the stomach issues.
