These little things pack a punch and definitely helped my little ones with stuffed noses. They are expensive so we only buy when really needed but they are worth it.

We bought them because my 6 month old grandson had a cold and was having a hard time breathing, there is no smell to them and didn’t open up his airways like it says. Would not recommend these.
