My spouse really likes this product. After being in the military for YEARS wear and tear on your body will start up. I too use this on my back and knees and I really like this product. I don’t care for other products and to know the scent is soothing to me.

Icy Hot has always been used by my family. So when I got osteoarthritis in my knee, I pulled out the OLD tube in my medicine cabinet. I knew I needed to refresh thi tube, but, I never threw it away. And it still worked.

Advanced Strength
I used the regular strength it was ok, but the I tried the Advanced Strength and was really happy with it. I use just a small amount on my knees and back and with minutes my pain was relieved. Thanks

As an athlete I use both icy hot in bio freeze I really don’t find a difference in the two, but it helps me gain confidence on the knee I’ve had surgery on when it’s aching. Really it’s just a band-aid and makes you think something’s is healing when there’s not lol Icy Hot Advanced Cream

I’ve never tried this before but I am soooooo glad I did today. I deal with back pain on s daily basis and hot showers are wonderful. I put this icy hot on today and it provided instant relief! Wow was it amazing even if it os only temporary. Would I buy this again? Absolutely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in a cream and was easy to spread. It doesn’t take much to get good coverage. That was a plus!
It relieved the pain in my knee all the way to the joints. Fantastic! The relief lasted for hours and hours. Enough to get some good sleep. However, the menthol and such ingredients made an aroma that is strong. The pain relief far outweighed smell.
