    Never going back to tampons
I bought this as my first try for a reusable product and I was amazed at how easy it was to use for my first time. I got it immediately after hearing about the tampons containing heavy metals and noticed a difference with how I felt during my period as well, no cramps, no lower back pain, and no issues with lack of hunger like I usually have!

    Years of Use!
I got this cup about four years ago. It’s the first cup I ever used and now it’s the only one I want to use! The loop is so amazing as I can just hook my finger through and pull. I’ve tried different cups but I’m so obsessed with this cup and sadly my cup loop broke today so now I gotta buy another one. It’s honestly amazing, I can have the cup in for 12hrs with no leaks at all!

    Super Easy to Use
I bought the Lily Cup 1 based on a Youtuber recommendation and I’m super happy I got it. it’s so easy to use. Everyone always says “Menstrual cups are so easy to use” I was of course septic about this when it came to trying out the Lily cup but seriously everyone is so right. Using s menstrual cup is so easy and I’m so glad I got one. the lily cup seems amazing for learners like myself. I can’t recommend it enough.

    I love it!
This was my first menstrual cup and the only one I’ve used. I bought a few years ago and it’s still as good as new! I have a low cervix, so what I absolutely love about this cup is that I can make it a little bit smaller by folding it where the removal ring is and I won’t even feel it’s there. This one was a life changer and I’m saving the planet.

    Love it!
I bought the Lily Cup One over a year ago and I am so happy with it!

My greatest difficulty was accommodating to not being able to see my period blood every time I went to the toilet. That was kind of strange for the first two months or so.
Also I of course had to practice the insertion and taking the cup out again. That is why I have worn the cup only at home for the first period. In the beginning I also always wore pads with the cup. Now I only wear them at my heaviest days and nights.

I strongly recommend talking to a friend or relative who already uses the cup (doesn’t matter which one) as this is really, really useful. You can also look on Instagram or YouTube or other social media platforms for influencers who give you great tips.

    Convenient
I bought this cup a year ago, and have only had to use pads or tampons a few times, because I had forgotten it. It lasts up to hours, once you get used to a cup, you almost forget you have a period, unless you have cramps. It lasted me about a year or so. There have been little to no spills.

    Personally not for me
I think this would be great for some, but personally I didn’t love it. I am also a virgin and first time user, but it hurt quite a lot to get in and out the first few times. I get that that’s fully normal, but when I almost passed out the last time I decided to stop there. I might go back to it, but maybe not yet.

    Leaking struggles
For reference I am a teen girl with a heavy flow. I bought this 4 months ago as I was super excited to try it and stop using tampons for the environment and my health. I have tried it every day of my cycle for the past 4 months and no matter what I do I cannot get it to stop leaking. It took a while to get a hang of it but I am pretty comfortable getting it in and out now but i ALWAYS need to wear period underwear with it as it fully leaks. I’m not sure if it doesn’t fit me right but I’m really disappointed and confused as I want to be able to use a cup on its own. I have researched every trick/tip to try and put it in correctly without it leaking but it seems impossible and I’m not sure if it’s me or the cup?
Although the case is handy and it’s easy to clean so I wish it worked as it would make my periods so simple.
