Walgreens Lactation Support* supplement contains Silitidil. Silitidil is a clinically studied silymarin extract made from milk thistle, an herb traditionally used throughout history by lactating women. This unique product provides a fenugreek-free alternative for mothers looking for efficacious lactation support.* 

In a gold-standard study, 100 mothers of newborn infants were supplemented during 24 days with a formulation containing 400 mg of Silitidil. Daily milk production was increased significantly as well as total milk production during the studied period. Importantly, more mothers taking the Silitidil formulation were able to achieve their target milk supply at the end of the study period.^
