Life changing
I used to have chronic sinus infections and would wind up in the doctor’s office about every two or three months for antibiotics. I didn’t want to develop antibiotic resistance, and the facial pain was increasingly worse, too. I finally decided to spend the money and try Navage, and I have gone about four years now without a sinus infection! Total game changer! Yes, the salt pods are a bit of an ongoing expense, but well worth it.

Love the results
For someone who has suffered sinus infections for a good part of 80 years and many rounds of antibiotics, plus nasal surgery, the Navage system has been a God send. It took a few days to adjust to using it, but has been a tremendous help and relief from sinus issues. Where has it been for all the years?

Manage device
I can’t get my device to work. I’ve only had it about a year and it won’t work. I keep cleaning it and nothing. Not really happy with it. Should have lasted longer!

Excellent Product
Been using Navage for over 2 years and it’s been excellent. Have great breathing nightly using my CPPAP and that is very important in using Navage. Initially started with two pod’s daily and in the past year gone to one daily with excellent results. Will be using Navage with one pod from here out for years to come, Thanks!

Less snoring, fewer URIs
The system took a couple of weeks to get used to, but I’ve been a daily user for over a year. It has helped to reduce my snoring, and I am much better able to breathe through my nose during the day. Colds are very rare now. I wish I didn’t have to keep buying the salt pods, but that’s the way it is. The customer service has been great!

Love this!
I have used the Naväge for over two years and it is amazing. The only downside is i wish it was easier to clean. I think a few tweaks in the design would make it easier. Maybe ask a woman for help? Don’t mean to be sexist or rude it’s just in my life the women seem to care more about cleaning. Overall it’s an amazing tool and I am so grateful to have it!!

Navage Original Salt Pods and machine
The machine works but requires a lot of attention to keep it clean, assembling, disassembling, washing. drying, finding a place to keep it. It backs into my throat quite often which is most uncomfortable. The machine and all the attachments are expensive, especially the salt ponds. I don’t think it works better than the nasal cleaner I had before, and it was much cheaper, and the salt was much much cheaper. I don’t think I will buy another Navage unit.

Since I used the Navage, my breathing improved on a daily basis. An acquaintance introduced me to Navage over 2 years 1/2 ago. It’s the best thing for my problems/ situation with my blocked sinus that I had for decades after trying different pomp’s or puffer which didn’t help on the long run. You got a regular user now.

Good and Bad
The Alkaloid SaltPod was both positive and negative. It did the job I expect from Navage, cleaning and moistening my sinuses. The Alkaloid version had a different smell, but I felt it worked well. The negative was the reaction with the flonase that I use daily as advised by my ENT to help keep my sinuses clear. When I used the flonase after the Alkaloid SaltPod, there was a burning sensation. Because of this I will not purchase them.

Mailing miscue and unsatisfactory response
The salt pod product is fine but beware changing your address if you have a subscription with them. I changed it under a link that said Address and it still went to my old address. Phone rep (Abby) got defensive and showed her inexperience when I questioned why I was still going to get charged for their error. She was also a little too excited in helping me cancel my subscription order when I mentioned I may consider that option.
