Works for me.
I like this. I use it for minor arthritis on my knees. It has a nice, cool, calming, effect and pleasant smell. It takes the edge off of the discomfort.

Rubbing alcohol
I found this to actuall work. I have Fibromyalgia and it works good enough for me to be comfortable for a little while. I use it at the end of a shower while still wet and use it again 10 minutes later before getting dressed. It’s relaxing to me.
