Easy, tasty and simple
The Tylenol brand chewables is far superior to the off brand. These are great because they come in a bottle instead of packaging where they are crushed once you finally get them opened. I think they make it easier with dosing needs, and my kids actually think they’re eating candy!

So helpful
These are great to have on hand especially for trips not wanting to bring liquid medicine along that can spill and is sticky. My toddler hates the liquid and its very hard to give her medicine when she’s sick. The chewable is easy to use and she likes the gum flavor. It’s been a life saver for when she has a fever and its not feeling well. It’s a great product and I feel comfortable giving her this medicine especially with it being scored so its easy to split the pill.

Great for Little Ones — Even My Picky Kids!
As a mom of three kids (two 3-year-olds and a 6-year-old), finding medicine that they’ll actually take without a fuss is rare — but TYLENOL® Chewables was a total win in our house! 🙌
The taste and texture were both kid-approved — even my pickiest eater didn’t complain, which is saying a lot. It’s also really nice not having to fight with syringes or liquid measuring when you’re already dealing with a sick or cranky kid. These are so much easier and faster.
I love knowing it’s from a trusted brand, and I feel confident using it when they have fevers or are feeling achy. Definitely keeping this stocked in our medicine cabinet from now on!

Amazing! Love it!
I wanted to try this because my son has a hard time taking the liquid Tylenol and tends to spit it out. Even trying to hide it in juice or food is not reliable. Someone recommend the chewable tablets for me and I thought I would give it a try. I gave one to my toddler when he was sick with a fever last week and told him this will help him feel better. He did say when chewing that it doesn’t taste great (but I think he meant the consistency), but I gave him some water and it helped. The Tylenol worked as it should and he was feeling better quickly. I definitely would recommend this for kids who have a hard time with the liquid Tylenol. This is also easier to pack for travel.

I recently tried Tylenol Chewables for my kid, the grape-flavored 160 mg ones, and I’m really impressed. The tablets are easy to chew, no chalky aftertaste, and my little one actually likes the flavor—which is a huge win. It kicks in pretty fast, usually within 30 minutes, and helps with fever or minor aches. The packaging is simple to open but still kid-proof, which I appreciate. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey compared to generics, but for the quality and convenience, I’d say it’s worth it. Definitely keeping these on

This is bubblegum flavored have been a lifesaver in providing pain and fever relief to my little ones. The delicious pink color and sweet taste make it much easier to get them to swallow their medicine, a huge plus for parents. Although I adore how well they work and the cost savings in the quantity for what you pay, I wish the product wasn’t formulated with artificial dyes. Other than that, the convenience and how well they work make them worth the money, especially when dealing with stubborn little ones.”

Decent Pain Reliever
Children’s TYLENOL® Chewables perform reasonably well in providing temporary relief from minor aches and pains. The bubble gum and grape flavors are appreciated, helping my child take medicine more easily. However, my child has experienced slight stomach discomfort, contrary to the claim of being gentle on the stomach. Still, it gets the job done most of the time. 3/5.
