Better than expected.

Great Natural Joint Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As we age, our joints start needing some extra support and help. I always try to take supplements that are natural, so I was very happy to find Tylenol made a muscle and joint support that contains turmeric, tamarind and cucumber extract. The blend of the three ingredients has really made a positive improvement in the way my body feels.
I take it every morning after eating breakfast. There is no aftertaste or stomach upset after taking it. You only take one a day and the caplets are small and easy to swallow.
If you are looking to find a supplement for joint support that is natural, I would highly recommend trying Tylenol muscle and joint. It takes 2 to 3 days to start noticing the improvement, but by day 5 (like the front of the bottle states), you will definitely notice a change for the better.

I like that it’s drug free. While it’s not meant for immediate pain relief, it seems to help joint health over time. It’s good option if you’re looking for a daily supplement.

All Natural ingredients

First, I have a lot of joint aches and I have taken this for ten days without missing any days and I do think it helps some but not a significant amount. At this point I can’t recommend it and as far as buying it again, I will continue to take it till the bottle runs out and if there is a significant difference, then yes I will buy it again.

Tums, tums, tums
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited this came bc I have bad knees and joints. Upon opening the bottle, the smell can put you off. The size of the capsule is normal and easy to take. The first few days were rough as far as being gassy. I had to take tums bc the amount of gas that was building was painful. This subsided after the third day. Eating with it helped. My diet is fairly well. Lots of clean protein. As far as the effectiveness of the product I would rate it at a 7/10.

So many synthetic “other ingredients”!
I took these for a few days before I realized they contain a “cesspool” of synthetic “Other Ingredients”!
Other Ingredients: Calcium Citrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Talc, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80
Cellulose is derived from wood pulp. Talc is labeled as a carcinogen in the EU. Polyvinyl Alcohol is commonly used in household products, such as detergent pods and sheets. Polyethylene is a laxative, and Polysorbate is known to disrupt gut health. Why would I want to put these in my body?
Provided no improvement in joint pain! You try to fix one ailment and create a bunch more!
