Great for super-heavy flows!
I really like these for overnight use! I have fibroids, so my flow is a lot heavier than most. This pad is way longer tahn most overnight pads, and it’s also way wider in the back, where you need it when you’re sleeping. It’s also super comfortable because it’s not thick. I highly reccomend these if you have super-heavy periods like I do!

These pads are very long and absorbent. They have no fragrance and provide you with both front and back coverage, especially with the wider back. If you are uncomfortable with pads in your bum, this is not the pad for you cause baby it will be in there.🤭

Not happy I wasted my money.
I tried U by Kotex “Extra Heavy Overnight” yesterday. After a couple hours it was leaking through. Second time after an about 3-4 hours it leaked through my jeans. I do not recommended if you have a heavy flow like me. They will not last overnight, you will wake up like Bloody Mary.
